红景Ⅰ号方对低氧大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌纤维化的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察红景方对低氧状态下大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌纤维化的影响;方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为常氧组、低氧模型组、前列腺E1组、红景Ⅰ号方低剂量组、红景Ⅰ号方中剂量组、红景Ⅰ号方高剂量组,每组20只,分别测定各组大鼠勃起情况、RT-PCR测定TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原的相对表达量;结果造模6周后,与常氧组比较,模型组勃起次数明显降低(P<0.01),低氧实验动物模型建立成功;与常氧组比较,低氧模型组的TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原含量均升高(P<0.05);与低氧模型组比较,高中低剂量的红景方组TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原含量均降低(P<0.01)。结论红景Ⅰ号方有抗阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞纤维化的作用效果,此作用可能与影响Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原及TGF-β1表达有关。Objective：To observe HJ YHF Decoction on Corpus Cavernosum Smooth Muscle fibrosis of rats under hypoxia.Methods：120 SD rats were randomly divided into normoxic group,hypoxia model group,prostate E1 group,the low-dose of HJ YHF Decoction group,the Medium-dose of HJ YHF Decoction group,the high-dose of HJ YHF Decoction group,n=20,the rats were measured erection,RT-PCR determination of TGF-β1,Ⅰcollagen,Ⅲ The relative expression of collagen.Results：After 6 weeks,Compared with the Normoxia group,the number of erection of model group significantly reduced（P0.01）,hypoxic animal model is established successfully;compared with normoxia,The content of TGF-β1,Ⅰcollagen,Ⅲ collagen of hypoxia model group were increased（P0.05）;Compared with the hypoxia model group,The content TGF-β1,Ⅰ collagen,Ⅲ collagen of the HJ YHF Decoction group were reduced（P0.01）.Conclusion： HJ YHF Decoction can obviously prevent smooth muscle fibrosis,which may be related with the impact ofⅠ-type collagen,Ⅲ-type collagen and TGF-β1 expression.
