中医药治疗干燥综合征的meta分析

摘　　要：目的:对中药和西药治疗干燥综合征的疗效进行比较研究。方法:通过数据库检索文献,运用随机对照试验评估表对文献进行评估,采用Jadad质量评分表对文献进行评价,用RevM an5软件进行统计分析。结果:临床治疗有效率:异质性检验P=0.08,表明研究数据具有同质性,故采用固定效应模式。合并效应量OR=3.46,95%C I(2.39,4.99);合并效应量的检验Z=6.61,P<0.00001。表明中医药治疗干燥综合征在改善临床症状方面相对西药有明显优势。结论:中医药治疗干燥综合征疗效肯定,与西药比较,疗效有明显优势。Objective： To compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）with western medicine therapy for Sjogren＇s Syndrome.Methods： Relevant literatures were reviewed via database and assessed via randomized controlled trial（RCT） scale.All reviewed literatures were assessed via Jadad quality scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan5 software.Results：Clinical efficient ：since test for heterogeneity： P=0.08,it indicates the data have homogeneity,so we use the fixed effect model.OR = 3.46,95 %CI（2.39,4.99）;Z = 6.61,P0.00001.It means that Chinese medicine treatment for Sjogren＇s Syndrome symptom in improving clinical has obvious advantages compared with western medicine.Conclusion： TCM treatment for Sjogren＇s Syndrome shows curative effect,and there are obvious advantages compared with western medicine.
