动静结合治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察动静结合的方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：42例（50膝）采用手法治疗、运动疗法、佩戴护膝相结合的动静结合疗法。结果：治疗1个疗程12天,经过3~9个月的随访,平均5.4月,结果优25例29膝,良12例15膝,中3例4膝,差2例2膝,优良率88.00%。结论：动静结合法治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎,方法简便,疗效满意,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of motional-static manner in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：42 patients（50knees） were treated by motional-static manner which contains manipulation、exercise therapy and kneepads wearing.Results：With a treatment course of 12 days and after a follow-up of 3~9months,average follow-up time was 5.4months,the curative effect show excellent 25 patients（29knees）,fine 12 patients（15knees）,midst 3 patients（4knees）,bad 2 patient（2 knees）,and the total fineness rate was 88.00%.Conclusion： Motional-static manner in the treatment of early and middle metaphase knee osteoarthritis,which had a better curative effect,more conventional,and worth to be extended in clinical application.
