膝关节镜联合关节内注射透明质酸钠治疗骨性关节炎62例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜联合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 62例骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,各31例。对照组接受常规膝关节镜手术,清理关节腔。实验组除关节镜手术外,术后关节腔注射透明质酸钠。观察两组治疗方法的有效率和复发率。结果实验组治疗方法的有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者疗效评分和膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜联合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗骨性关节炎具有良好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of osteoarthritis patients treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with hyaluronate sodium intraarticular injection. Methods 62 cases of old men with osteoarthritis were divided into 2 groups. Patients in the experiment group were managed by arthroscopes combined with hyaluronate sodium intraarticular injection and patients in the control group received only arthroseopes operation. After operation, the efficient and recurrence rates were evaluated. Results The efficient rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate of experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficacy score and knee functional score of experimental group were higher than those of control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with hyaluronate sodium intraartieular injection is an effective way to treat osteoarthritis.
