综合性心理护理干预对冠心病患者焦虑抑郁情绪及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性心理干预对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及临床疗效的影响。方法:将130例患者随机分为实验组与对照组各65例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上进行综合心理护理干预。干预1周后评价两组患者SAS、SDS评分及临床疗效。结果:两组干预后SAS和SDS评分及疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对冠心病患者予以综合性心理干预可明显改善其焦虑和抑郁情绪并提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart disease and clinical curative effect.Methods： 130 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group（65 patients for each group）.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.SAS and SDS scores of the patients and clinical curative effect were evaluated in the two groups after the intervention for one week.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of SAS and SDS scores and clinical curative effect between the two groups after the intervention（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The comprehensive psychological intervention is the effective nursing measure for the patients with coronary heart disease and it can significantly alleviate anxiety and depression and enhance the clinical curative effect.It is recommended to be widely applied in clinical practice.
