氨氯地平辅以生活方式干预治疗轻中度高血压84例效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨氯地平结合生活方式干预治疗轻中度高血压患者的疗效。方法:将164例轻中度高血压患者随机分为实验组84例和对照组80例,两组均口服氨氯地平5 mg/d,晨起顿服,实验组同时进行生活方式干预,12周后观察其疗效。结果:12周后实验组血压达标率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且患者生活方式改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平辅以生活方式干预对治疗轻中度高血压作用更加明显。Objective： To explore the curative effect of Amlodipine combined with lifestyle intervention in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension.Methods： 164 patients with mild to moderate hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group（n=84） and control group（n=80）.The patients in both groups were given Amlodipine in a dose of 5 mg / d orally in the morning and the lifestyle intervention was additionally applied in the experimental group,the curative effect was observed after treatment for 12 weeks in the two groups.Results： After 12 weeks,the up-to-standard rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）;the improvement of the patient＇s lifestyle was better in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is much more effective to treat patients with mild to moderate hypertension by applying Amlodipine combined with lifestyle intervention.
