摘  要:详细介绍了100Ah高倍率镉镍开口碱性蓄电池的全部设计过程及工艺参数。力求研制出高水平的具有广泛市场及通用性的电池。首先选择一种新型微孔隔板代替传统的包膜工艺,采用内螺纹极柱以缩短其在电池壳外的长度,设计一种新型气塞以防止外部环境对电池内部的污染并能释放过充电时产生的气体。最终设计出的电池经测试均达到或超过SJ/T10287-91《隔镍高倍率碱性蓄电池》标准的要求。All technology parameters and processes of 100 Ah high rate vented alkaline battery were introduced to develop the high level battery with widespread market. First, we replaced traditional separator with a new microporosity separator. Second, the terminal was designed to the female screwed terminal in order to shorten the length of the terminal that was outside the shell. Third, a new designed gaslock was used to prevent battery from being polluted by outer enviroment. This gaslock also released gas when the battery was over charged. The final battery product reaches / surpasses SJ/T 10 287 91 Cadmium Nickel High Rate Vented Alkaline Battery standard.
