摘　　要：本文分析了我国开展气候可行性论证与不可行性论证的现状，总结了开展气候可行性论证与不可行性论证取得的成绩，查找在开展气候可行性论证与不可行性论证过程中存在的突出问题，提出大力加强气候可行性论证，逐步开展气候不可行性论证的对策建议。Herein the current research status of climate feasible and infeasible demonstration is analvzed, as well as the achievements and key problems.Based on the aforesaid resuhs, the authors proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to carry out the climate feasibility study vigorously and implement the climate infeasibility study gradually.
