摘　　要：文章结合在高压断路器上开展的状态检修在线监测工作，介绍一种用于监测运行状态下高压断路器操作过程中机械参量的在线监测系统。用它可以判断断路器是否运行在合格范围内，并可发现其变化趋势。该系统可用于指导生产维护，安排检修，提高对高压断路器设备的管理水平。Based on the on line monitoring experience for condition based maintenance of domestic and imported high voltage circuit breakers, an on-line monitoring system for mechanical parameter of SF6 high voltage circuit breaker within the range of 10～500kV is presented. With this system, the mechanical parameters in switching process, for example, the dynamic displacement of main contact of high voltage circuit breaker, can be monitored and recorded. According to the processed value of the parameters it can be determined whether the parameters are in qualified condition and their variation trend can be judged. Otherwise, based on the processed parameter values the maintenance project of circuit breaker can be laid down.
