摘　　要：介绍了地理信息系统在配电自动化系统中的作用及现状，论述了地理信息系统的设计思想，设计过程及设计开发中应注意的问题。文章最后给出了目前正在开发的地理信息系统的功能、特点。The functions of Geographic Information System(GIS) in distribution automation(DA) and its present situation are described in this paper. The design principle, design process and the problems to which the attention should be paid to in the design of GIS for DA are expounded.At the end,the functions and features of the GIS being developed are presented.
