摘 要:目的探讨医院内铜绿假单胞菌(PA)对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药性,以指导抗菌药物合理使用。方法采集2004至2008年温州医学院附属第一医院病房临床分离PA共3532株,选择亚胺培南(IMP)和美罗培南(MEM)对PA进行药敏实验。结果对IMP和MEM的总耐药率分别是48.44%和46.75%。2005年对IMP的耐药率是60.59%,而2008年的下降到36.79%(P<0.01)。2005年MEM的耐药率是75.23%,而2008年下降到25.95%(P<0.01)。结论 PA对碳青霉烯类的耐药情况严重,对于PA的感染,应在药敏指导下用药。碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药性已得到明显的控制。AIM To investigate the change of resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) to carbapenems for rational usage of antimierobials. METHODS The strains tested were chosen from 3 532 strains of bacteria, which were separated from ehnieal specimen from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2008. Antimicrobial sensitivity tests were made for earbapenem such as imipenem and meropenem. RESULTS Resistance rate of imipenem was 48.44%, and that of meropenem was 46.75 %. In 2005, the resistant rate of imipenem was 60.59 %, while in 2008, it declined to 36.79% (P 〈 0.01). In 2005, the resistant rote of meropenem was 75.23 %, while in 2008, it declined to 25.95 % ( P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION The resistance of PA to earbapenems is high. Antimierobial treatment of PA infections should be guided by antimicrobial sensitivity test. The clinical usage of earbapenem has been obviously controlled.
