黑布药膏对兔耳增生性瘢痕Bax和Bcl-2 mRAN表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黑布药膏对兔耳增生性瘢痕Bax和Bcl-2 mRAN表达的影响。方法:成年大耳白兔24只,建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,21天后,将瘢痕动物模型随机分为黑布药膏治疗组和瘢痕模型组,在黑布药膏治疗组瘢痕局部涂抹黑布药膏,每3天1次,连续用药56天。在用药后第2,4,6,8周分别切取两组瘢痕组织,通过实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测Bax和Bcl-2mRAN的表达。结果:黑布药膏治疗组和模型对照组比较,Bcl-2 mRAN表达显著减弱(P<0.01),Bax mRAN表达显著增强(P<0.01)。结论:黑布药膏可以通过抑制Bcl- 2mRAN表达,促进Bax mRAN表达和细胞凋亡,从而抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕组织增生,这可能是黑布药膏抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕增生的机制之一。Objective To study the effect of Heibu Ointment on the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 mRAN in the hypetrrophic scarring models in rabbit ears.Methods Twenty-four white rabbits were used to establish the modles of hypertrophic scar in ears.After twenty-one days,the modles were randomly divided into Heibu Ointment treatment group and modle group,Heibu Ointment was plastered on the hypetrrophic scarring of Heibu Ointment treatment group once every three days,it was continued fifty-six days.The material was respectively taken on the second,the fourth,the sixth and the eighth week,To detect the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 mRAN by Real Time PCR（RT-PCR） technique.Results The expression of Bcl-2 mRAN was viously weaker than the controls（P0.01）,and the expression of Bax mRAN was increased in the Heibu Ointment treatment group（P0.01）.Conclusion Heibu Ointment could inhibit the expression of Bcl-2 mRAN and promote the expression of Bax mRAN,thus it could inhibit the proliferation of hypertrophic scar in the rabbit ear＇s,it maybe one of the mechanism that the Heibu Ointmen inhibit the proliferation of hypertrophic scar in the rabbit ear＇s.
