胶原贴敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胶原贴敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将108例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组:56例,面部给予胶原贴敷料,每天1次;对照组:52例,面部维生素E霜外涂,每天2次。两组均给予口服西替利嗪10mg,每天1次,疗程均为8周,治疗结束后进行两组疗效对比。结果:疗程结束后两组患者的症状、体征均有不同程度好转,治疗组4周、8周有效率分别为82.14%、91.07%,对照组4周、8周有效率分别为61.84%、65.38%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,且观察组未发生不良反应。结论:胶原贴敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。Objective To observe the treatment efficiency and safety of collagen dressing that it was applied facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods 108 patients suffering from facial hormone-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two group.The observation group 56 cases were given collagen dressing once a day.The control group 52 cases were given Vitamin E frost twice a day.Both group were treated with oral cetirizine 10mg once a day,a course of 8 weeks after end of treatment,two groups were compared. Results The two groups of patients after treatment,the symptoms and signs improved in varying degrees,the observation group for 4 weeks, 8 weeks,effective rates were 82.14%,91.07%,control group for 4 weeks,8 weeks were 61.84 %,65.38% efficient,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, and the observation group had no adverse reactions. Conclusions The collagen dressing treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis is safe and effective.
