摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部皮肤软组织扩张术并发症的预防与护理,为减少皮肤软组织扩张术并发症的发生、提高手术疗效提供护理指导。方法:对我院2009年1月～2010年12月76例患者应用皮肤软组织扩张术修复颈部瘢痕的患者的并发症的预防与护理进行回顾性研究。结果:76例患者有7例发生了并发症,发生率为9.2%,低于国内外统计结果[1-3]。结论:加强对护士的培训,给予患者精心细致的护理,并对患者进行有效的健康教育,护患相互配合可以有效地预防和减少血肿、感染、扩张器外露、注射壶倒置等并发症,提高皮肤软组织扩张术的成功率。Objective To explore the prevention and nursing methods for complications of the neck skin and soft tissue expansion. Methods The reasons of complications were retrospectively analyzed based on the 76 clinical cases of patients with expanders repair neck scars in our hospital from January 2009 to 2010 September. Results 7 cases had encountered complications in 76 which were accepted skin soft tissue expansion,the incidence of complications to 9.2%, below the statistical results at home and abroad. Conclusion Correct operating,giving detailed elaborately nursing care and effective health education to patients,nurse-patient complement each other effectively to reduce hematoma, infection, expander exposure and other complications,in order to effectively improve of skin and soft tissue expansion of the success rate.
