摘 要:为了提高某厂大型铁矿石球磨机衬板的使用寿命,提高生产效率,研制了铬钼合金钢衬板。通过与该厂前期使用的衬板材料比较,包括实验室磨损试验、工业耐磨试验、金相组织观察及TEM分析等方法。结果表明,研制的铬钼合金钢,马氏体相对细小,位错密度高,碳化物呈点球状并弥散分布于晶内,制成的衬板表现出较好的耐磨性;而前期使用的衬板马氏体粗大,脆性相碳化物较多,外力作用下易产生疲劳剥落,宏观表现为易被磨损。In order to raise the service life of lining for large sized iron ore ball mill,and improve the production efficiency,chromium molybdenum alloy steel lining was developed.It was compared with former lining material by means of laboratory wear test,industrial wear test,microstructure and TEM.It was found that the developed chromium molybdenum alloy steel had relatively petty martensite and high dislocation density.The carbide was globular and dispersed distributed in crystal.The lining was good in wear resistance.Former lining had bulky martensite,more brittle carbide.Fatigue stripping happened easily in service.It was observed easily worn out.
