摘　　要：采用ProCAST软件,对典型铜铸件叶轮的离心铸造充型和凝固过程计算机模拟进行前期处理。通过对PRO/E与ProCAST接口方式的探讨,叶轮工艺的设计,以及模拟相关参数准确的设置,从而为后续的计算机模拟过程打下一个良好的基础。Based on ProCAST software,the pre-processing on the simulation of filling and solidification of typical bronze impeller centrifugal casting was carried out.Through the discussion on interface mode between PRO/E and ProCAST and foundry process design for impeller,and settling accurate selection of simulation parameters,therefore,a good foundation to the further follow-up process simulation was laid out.
