摘  要:目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-17和C反应白蛋白(CRP)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病机制中的作用。方法:取100例健康体检者(健康对照组)、100例COPD急性加重期及100例稳定期患者空腹静脉血,采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法测定血清中IL-17及CRP水平。并对全部研究对象进行肺功能检查,计算出第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分率(FEV1%)。结果:COPD急性加重期患者血清IL-17、CRP明显高于稳定期患者和健康对照组(P<0.05)。COPD急性加重期患者血清IL-17与FEV1%呈负相关,与血清CRP呈正相关(r分别为-0.437和0.582,均P<0.05);COPD稳定期患者血清IL-17与CRP呈正相关(r=0.481,P<0.05)。结论:IL-17可能参与COPD的发病,IL-17与CRP可作为监测COPD的病情活动的相关性指标之一。Objective:To investigate the role of interleukin-17(IL-17) and C-reactive albumin (CRP) in the pathogenesy of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods:The serum levels of IL-17 and CRP were determined by double antibody enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay (DA-ELISA) in 100 healthy control and 100 COPD patients at acute exacerbation phase and stable phase. Pulmonary functions of all research subjects were tested and calculated for the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) of prediction value (FEV1%). Results:The serum levels of IL-17 and CRP were significantly higher in COPD patients with acute exacerbation than those of COPD patients at stable phase and healthy control (P 〈 0.05). The serum level of IL-17 was negatively correlated with FEV1%(r = -0.437, P 〈 0.05), and positively correlated with CRP(r = 0.582, P 〈 0.05), in COPD patients with acute exacerbation phase. There was a positive correlation between the serum levels of IL-17 and CRP in COPD patients with stable phase (r = 0.481, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:IL-17 might be associated with pathogenesy of COPD. The serum levels of IL-17 and CRP can be used as the relevant indicators to monitor COPD.
