摘  要:为了快速确定硫化矿石自燃火源的准确位置,提出利用红外热成像技术探测矿石自燃火源的方法。基于IRI-1011红外热像仪平台,建立硫化矿石堆自燃火源探测系统,并针对系统误差,制造温度查找表,对系统温度重新标定。研究结果表明:在硫化矿石爆堆中,距离矿堆表面10 m的范围内,由于矿石自燃火源存在而导致矿堆表面1.76 m×1.76 m探测区的温差为0.01℃,达到现有热像仪的探测精度,采用红外热像技术应用于井下矿石自燃火源的探测具有可行性;采用热像仪扫描硫化矿石堆表面找出最高温度位置是自燃火源定位的关键。因此,应用红外热成像技术可以探测井下硫化矿石堆自燃火源的位置,从而达到开发新的自燃火源探测系统的目的。In order to find out accurately position of the fire source of spontaneous combustion in mine, the infrared imaging method for rapidly detecting sulfide ores of spontaneous ignition was proposed. Firstly, based on the heat exchange and thermal equilibrittm theory, a mathematic model for simulating the temperature distribution of surface of sulfide ores dump above the fire source of spontaneous combustion was established. Then, a detection system of the fire source of spontaneous combustion was studied on the basis of IRI-1011 thermal infrared imager, and temperature calibration was carried out by making temperature lookup table to make up for systematic residuals. The results show that within 10 m of fire source and surface sulfide ores, the temperature differences among different points of surface sulfide ores in detectable range of about 1.76 m×1.76 m reach 0.01℃, due to spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores. The infrared imaging method used to detect fire source in mine is feasible. Moreover, it is found that the maximum temperature point by scanning the surface of sulfide ores dump with thermal infrared imager is key to locating fire source. Therefore, infrared thermal imaging method can be used to detect the fire source of spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores underground mine, and the detecting method can be applied to invent a new detection system of the fire source of spontaneous combustion.
