摘 要:目的分析重症监护病房(ICU)患者医院感染部位分布及病原菌分布特点,以制定相应对策,从而有效降低医院感染的发生率。方法对2009年1-12月ICU370例住院患者进行回顾性调查分析。结果 370例患者发生医院感染116例次,感染率为31.35%,感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主占64.65%,其次为泌尿道、血液、皮肤创面;检出病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主占72.17%,其次为革兰阳性球菌占16.51%、真菌占11.32%。结论 ICU医院感染部位主要以下呼吸道为主,ICU医院感染常见的病原菌有铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及真菌。OBJECTIVE To investigate the locus of nosocomial infection and distribution of pathogenic bacteria in an intensive care unit(ICU) in order to formulate a rational policy in controlling the incidence of hospital infection.METHODS Retrospective study was used to review the 370 inpatients in an ICU from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009.RESULTS Among 370 inpatients in ICU,116 case-times of hospital infections had happened with the infection rate of 31.35%.The lower respiratory tract were the common site which accounted for 64.65%,followed by urinary tract,blood,and skin wound surface.The Gram-negative bacteria comprised the main amount of 72.17% among the isolated pathogenic bacteria,the Gram-positive bacteria and fungi comprised 16.51% and 11.32%,respectively.CONCLUSION The major nosocomial infection site in the ICU is lower respiratory tract and the commonest pathogenic bacteria are Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Baumanii,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and fungi.
