上海市医疗机构卫生勤杂人员医院感染防护管理状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的针对上海市医疗机构卫生勤杂人员医院感染防护管理现状提出管理对策和措施。方法采取问卷和现场检查方式,对102所不同类别医疗机构、72所进驻被调查医院的后勤服务管理公司和516名卫生勤杂人员进行调查。结果 78.4%的医院制定了卫生勤杂人员医院感染防护管理制度,96.1%的医院和93.0%的后勤服务管理公司对卫生勤杂人员定期开展医院感染防护知识培训,91.5%的被调查者曾接受培训,71.3%的被调查者进医院从事后勤工作后曾接受健康检查,93.8%的被调查者在工作时能按照规定穿戴完整防护用品,26.9%的被调查者能指出自己从事的工作中存在主要的危险环节或因素,有66.7%被调查者曾接受手卫生知识培训或指导,但只有17.2%能说出或描述六步洗手法。结论上海市医疗机构卫生勤杂人员医院感染防护管理受重视程度在增强,但依然需要进一步建立与完善管理制度,落实管理责任,提高培训效果,并加强监督管理,督促规范操作和措施落实。OBJECTIVE To propose countermeasures for the current situation of hospital infection protection management of sanitation men in medical institutions in Shanghai.METHODS Spot inspection and questionnaires survey were conducted in 102 medical institutions of different levels,72 hospital logistic service companies related to the above medical institutions,and 516 sanitation men in the above medical institutions in Shanghai.RESULTS 78.4% of the medical institutions had hospital infection management regulations for sanitation men,96.1% of the medical institutions and 93.0% of logistic service companies carried out regular training on hospital infection protection knowledge.91.5% of the sanitation men had been trained,and 71.3% of them had medical examination after starting to work in hospital as sanitation men.93.8% of the sanitation men wear whole set of protection articles during work hours under regulations,26.9% of them knew the main dangerous factors in their work,and 66.7% of them had been trained about hand hygiene knowledge while only 17.2%.Could describe six-step hand washing method.CONCLUSION Although more importance has been attached to hospital infection protection management of sanitation men in medical institutions in Shanghai,relative parties should continue working on management regulations establishment and perfection,management responsibility fulfillment,and training effects improvement.Inspection should be strengthened to promote normative operation and measure implementation.
