摘　　要：空心村整治是我国新农村建设的一个重点与难点。论文以广州市增城鹅兜村为例,探讨了位于城郊的空心型古村落创新发展度假旅游的问题。论文认为,城郊空心型古村落,在旅游观光价值不高的前提下,可依托乡村文化遗产与乡村优美环境的资源基础条件,发挥城郊的区位优势,进行资源整合和区域协作,创新发展度假旅游,获取竞争优势,使空心村得以空间重构、组织重塑与产业重组,以推动新农村建设。The renovation of the hollow village is a key point and difficult point in the New Country construction.It discusses the problem about the vacation tourism development of hollow history village in the Suburb by EDou Village in GuangZHou city throng innovation.The result shows that the hollow history village has low value tourism resources in the sightseeing;it should exert advantages in geography,integrate resources and make regional collaboration to develop vacation tourism on the basis of country culture resources and beautiful environment.In this way,the village should promote the New Country Construction by the reconstruction of space,organization and industry.
