摘 要:研究了7075铝合金棒料的形变热处理工艺条件(形变量和时效制度)变化对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理后进行冷变形,随着形变量的增加,合金的硬度随之增加,当冷形变量达到40%左右时合金的硬度最高,随后随形变量增加合金的硬度略有下降;在相同冷变形量条件下,在120℃时效16 h制品的硬度最高;通过金相组织观察发现,形变热处理后7075铝合金棒料的晶粒细化,且可观察到明显的析出相。综合考虑,7075铝合金棒料形变热处理的最佳工艺制度为固溶(470℃20 min)淬火+变形量40%+时效(120℃16 h)。The effect of different thermo-mechanical treatment processes,such as mechanical deformation amount and aging technologies,on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy have been studied.The results show that the hardness of the alloy is increased with the increasing of cold deformation after solution heat treatment;the hardness gets to the highest when the cold deformation reaches to 40%,and then the hardness decreases lightly while the cold deformation higher than 40%;at the condition of same cold deformation,the hardness of the aluminum parts is the highest after aging treatment at 120℃ with 16 h holding;the refined grains and precipitated phases in the thermo-mechanical treated 7075 aluminum rod have been found by micro-spectrometer.The synthetic comment has been made that the optimum thermo-mechanical treatment of 7075 aluminum alloy should be 470℃ solid heat treatment with 20 min holding + deformation 40% + 120℃ aging with 16 h holding.
