加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨“加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影”的可行性及优越性，旨在提高下肢静脉病变的Ｘ线诊断率。方法：应用“加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影”，对８７例１０３条下肢静脉进行了造影检查。结果：下肢静脉造影正常２４条。下肢静脉造影异常７９条。其中静脉逆流性疾病３５条；静脉阻塞性疾病３９条；静脉瘤样扩张性疾病５条。全部病例未出现假阳性，符合下肢静脉造影诊断标准。结论：“加压快速静滴法顺行下肢静脉造影”，是一种新的、改良后的下肢静脉造影方法。具有安全、可靠、显影清晰、摄影从容、假阳性率低、实用等特点，值得推广。Objective:To probe into the feasibility and advantages of ascending venograph of the lower limbs through quickly pressed iutravenous drip.Methods:Ascending veongraph throug quickly pressed intravenous drip of 103 affected lower limb veins in 87 cases were performed.Results:Of 103 affected veins,24,were normal,and 79 were abnormal on venography,Among the latter,35 had venous regurgitaion;39 had venous obstruction;5 had venous tumoroid expansion.All cases showed no false positiveness and conflrmed with diagnostic standards of venograph of lower limbs.Conclusion:Ascending venograph of the lower limbs through quickly pressed ntravenous drip is a new and modified venograph of the lower limbs.It is safe,reliable,clearly images,easily radiography and low false.It is also of practical worth.
