摘 要:目的研究白藜芦醇磷脂复合物的溶解性能及体外经皮渗透特性。方法采用溶剂法制备白藜芦醇磷脂复合物并测定其在水相和油相中的溶解性;通过大鼠体外经皮渗透实验,比较白藜芦醇与其磷脂复合物的经皮渗透差异,探讨其释药行为。结果白藜芦醇磷脂复合物在生理盐水中的饱和溶解度为白藜芦醇的37.23倍,油水分配系数PO/W为白藜芦醇的29.94倍,亲水性的改善更为明显;与白藜芦醇相比,其表观渗透系数显著增加。结论白藜芦醇磷脂复合物提高了白藜芦醇的亲水性和亲脂性,累积渗透量显著增加,释药行为符合一级释药模型。OBJECTIVE To study the solubility and transdermal properties of Resveratrol phospholipid complex(RPC)through rat skin in vitro.METHODS RPC was prepared in specified solvent and its dissolubility was tested in both water phase and oil phase.By a test of permeation through the rat skin in vitro.The permeation difference between resveratrol(Res) and RPC were compared and its behavior to release drugwas investigated.RESULTS The saturation point of RPC in physiologic saline was 37.23 times as that of Res,while the PO/W of RPC was 29.94 times as that of Res.The change of its hydrophilicity was more significant.And apparent permeability coefficient in vitro of RPC increased significantly.CONCLUSION RPC increased hydrophilicity and lipophilicify of Res.The cumulative permeation amount of RPC increased significantly.The behavior of RPC to release drug corresponded relatively to one-order release model.
