摘  要:目的:研究奥昔非君注射剂对心肌细胞的保护作用。方法:实验动物分对照组,肾上腺素(Epi)致损伤组,奥昔非君(OXF)给药组并区分为OXF+Epi1、3、5h后分别处死动物,取出心肌以镧离子(La3+)作为示踪剂,检测心肌细胞膜的通透性,以测定心肌细胞无机磷(Pi)的含量,显示心肌细胞ATPase的代谢状况。结果:对照组心肌细胞膜通透性好,La3+定位于细胞膜外侧。Epi组心肌细胞膜损伤严重,La3+透过细胞膜定位于细胞内。给药组心肌细胞膜损伤减轻,随着给药时间的延长,多数La3+定位于细胞膜外,仅有个别La3+定位于细胞膜内。心肌细胞Pi含量显示,不同组别、不同时间心肌细胞ATPase的代谢状况不同,给药组能促进ATPase趋于恢复。结论:奥昔非君注射剂对心肌细胞膜有保护作用,能使致损伤肌细胞的ATPase趋于正常。Objective:To study the protective role of Oxifedrine on the myocardial and it's membranes.Methods:Experimental animals were divided into three groups;group I,control;group Ⅱ,myocardial injury model were sc by Epinephrine;groupⅢ,after iv Oxifedrine and sc Epinephrine were given,the animals were quickly killed at time 1、3、5 hour in order to obtain it's myocardial.The permeability of myocardial membranes was tested by means of La 3+ tracer.liberation of Pi from myocardial was measured so as to show metabolism of ATPase .Results:The permeability and metabolism of myocardial in three groups were compared in it with control and each other.The above results indicated that Oxifedrine have an antipermeability injured and metabolism of myocardial by Epi and have dos-effect relation.Conclusion:Oxifedrine was able to protect on the myocardial membranes and to recover ATPase of myocardial lision. [
