对CIBA-CORNING 644型分析仪定标和斜标液的研制

摘　　要：目的：对６４４型离子选择电极分析仪所用定标和斜标液进行研制。方法：采用６４４型离子选择电极分析法。结果：①进口与自配浓度一致，两组无显著性差异。②重复性试验：批内ＣＶ值小于１０％，批间ＣＶ值小于２０％。③回收率试验：Ｎａ＋、Ｋ＋、Ｃｌ－均值分别为１０１％、９８８％、１００３％。结论：自配试剂的精密度和准确度非常满意，符合要求。objective:Develop the calibrating and stope standard solution of using the CIBA CORNING 644 model ion selective electrode Na +/K +/Cl analyze.Methods:use the 644 model ion selective electrode analyze method.Results:The concentration of calibrating and stope standard solution of imported and self developed was consistent.There was no obvious difference between two groups.The repetition tests showed that:the CV of intra group was<1.0%, the CV of inter group was <2.0%.The recovery rate tests showed that:Na +:101%、K +:98.8%、 Cl -:100.3%.Conclusion:The precision and degre of accuracy in reagent of self developed was feel very satisfied.accord with the demands. [
