无针注射仪对健康成人胰岛素药代动力学的影响

摘　　要：的探讨无针注射仪皮下注射胰岛素对健康成人胰岛素药代动力学的影响。②方法采用自身对照的方式，与传统有针注射器皮下注射胰岛素的方法进行比较，观察血清胰岛素浓度的变化。③结果与传统方法比较，无针注射仪可使血清胰岛素达峰值时间提前（ｔ＝７．４９，Ｐ＜０．０１），峰值增高（ｔ＝２．８３，Ｐ＜０．０５），曲线下面积增加（ｔ＝２．８４，Ｐ＜０．０５），血糖降低幅度加大（ｔ＝８．２４，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论无针注射仪可改善健康成人血清胰岛素药代动力学的各项指标。Objective\ To investigate the influences of jet injector(JI) on insulin pharmacokinetics after subcutaneous administration of insulin in healthy adults.\ Methods\ Self control were used to compare the influences of needle injector(NI) on insulin pharmacokinetics after subcutaneous administration of insulin, in order to observe the changes of serum insulin concentration.\ Results\ Compared with NI, JI could significantly shorten the time of insulin reaching the maximum concentration ( t= 7.49 ,P <0.01), increase the maximum concentration( t=2.83,P <0.05), broaden the area of under the curve of insulin( t=2.84,P <0.05) and blood glucose decreasing range(BDR) as well( t=8.24,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ JI can better improve the indexes of insulin pharmacokinetics than NI.
