摘  要:研究了苯酚在均一溶剂和二元溶剂中的三维荧光光谱特性,结果显示,苯酚在λex/λem=245~285 nm/270~350 nm范围内有荧光分布,最大荧光峰位于λex/λem=272 nm/298 nm附近。比较了溶剂化阴离子和常规氢键苯酚-溶剂混合物的光谱特性。研究发现,溶剂化阴离子的荧光光谱出现了猝灭现象。Influences of solvents on the three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix(3DEEM) fluorescence spectra of phenol in homogeneous and binary solvents have been investigated.The results show that the 3DEEM fluorescence spectra of phenol in aqueous solution mainly have one peak,locating at λex/λem=245~285 nm/270~350 nm.The center of the fluorescence peak is identified at the excitation/emission wavelengths of λex/λem=272 nm/298 nm.The 3DEEM fluorescence spectral characteristics of norma1-hydrogen-bonded phenol-solvent complexes are compared with those of solvated anion.The results also show that the fluorescence of the phenol is quenched in the binary solvent compared with the homogeneous solvents.
