双黄连冻干粉对肺炎克雷伯菌抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双黄连冻干粉对肺炎克雷伯菌的直接抑制作用。方法:选择SHV型ESBLs阳性肺炎克雷伯菌,采用微量肉汤稀释法,依据不同浊度液体内细菌含量不同的原理,绘制时间-浊度曲线(生长曲线),并对结果进行分析。结果:不同浓度双黄连作用下,不同菌种的细菌生长曲线不同;双黄连浓度为12.50mg/mL时对肺炎克雷伯菌生长有明显抑制作用。结论:生长曲线可以反映药物的直接抑菌作用;一定浓度范围内的双黄连冻干粉对肺炎克雷伯菌具有抑制作用。Objective：To explore the bacteriostasis effect of freezing-dried Shuanghuanglian powder on Klebsiella pneumoniae.Methods：Based on the principle of liquid with different concentrations having their own number of bacteria,ESBLs positive SHV Klebsiella pneumoniae was selected to draw the time-turbidy curve by borth dilution method.Results：Klebsiella pneumoniae has different growth staus at different concentration of Shuanghuanglian.As far as the standard strain（ATCC 700603） of Klebsiella pneumoniae was concerned,freezing-dried Shuanghuanglian powder has no significant effect on the growth of bacteria when the concentration of Shuanghuanglian was below 12.50 mg/mL.However,the growth of the standard strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae was significantly inhibited when Shuanghuanglian concentration was at 12.50 mg/mL.For the clinical strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,different concentration of Shuanghuanglian all had bacteriostasis effect on Klebsiella pneumoniae,and the bacteriostasis effect was enhenced with the increase of concentration.The growth of all kinds of bacteria was completely inhibited at the concentration of Shuanghuanglian at 50 mg/mL.Conclusion：Freezing-dried Shuanghuanglian powder has significant bacteriostasis effect on Klebsiella pneumoniae.
