摘 要:目的:分析门诊患者退药的原因,探讨减少退药率及合理退药的方法。方法:统计2008年6—10月间门诊退药处方,按退药原因分类并进行分析。结果:退药处方820张,其退药原因主要为药物不良反应、药品价格贵、数量多、禁忌证、患者怀疑医师用错药、药品质量问题、医生处方信息录入出错及临床更换治疗方案等。结论:加强医患沟通,提高患者的用药依从性;加强医药沟通,开展合理用药宣传,做好窗口咨询服务,规范退药程序,加强退药管理。Objective:To analyze the reasons of outpatient drug withdrawal so as to reduce the rate of drug withdrawal and to investigate the reasonable method of drug withdrawal.Methods:We make statistics of 820 recipes of outpatient drug refusal from January to October in 2008,and classify the recipes according to the cause of drug refusal.Results:There are 820 recipes of drug withdrawal and the main reasons of drug withdrawal are the adverse drug reactions,the high drug price,too big quantity,contraindications,the patients'suspection about the wrong is medication by physicians,the wrong information of prescription,replacement of clinical therapy and so on.Conclusion:Communication between doctors and patient should be strengthened in order to improve the patients medicatin complience,communication between physicians and pharmacists should be increased in order to conduct the rational medication,the pharmacy window advisory service should be well done,and the medicines withdrawal procedure should be standardired and its management should be reinforced.
