摘　　要：针对科技期刊编委工作现状的诸多不足,分析产生问题的原因。可以通过加强沟通、增加编委初审环节、实行专业编委会终审制,以及建立编委推荐制这几种途径强化编委职能。并给出实例加以说明。期刊编辑部应采取多种措施充分调动编委的积极性,从而确保期刊的质量并实现可持续发展。The causes of the problems of scientific journals＇ editorial boards in China are analyzed.Four ways to strengthen the functions of editorial boards are considered： enhancing communication,adding experts＇ initial evaluations,implementing decisions from specialty editorial boards＇ final reviews,and using manuscripts recommended by professional editorial boards.An example is given to show the effectiveness of these methods.Finally,a conclusion is drawn that journal publishing departments should improve the efficiency and responsibility of editorial boards in order to ensure quality and sustainable development of scientific journals.
