摘　　要：以《西藏科技》的《科技兴农》栏目为例,阐述如何进行选题。在西藏,人才培养与引进是关键,也是提高刊物质量的重要措施。认为具备了好的选题和优秀的人才队伍,《西藏科技》才能更好地为科教兴藏服务。First of all how to choose topics for the journal Tibet Science and Technology is introduced using its column Strengthening Agriculture through Science and Technology as an example.In Tibet,the training and introduction of talented people are keys for the regional development and also for the quality improvement of the journal.Has had the good selected topics and the talents,Tibet Science and Technology can better serve the scientific and technological progress and then the all-round development of Tibet.
