摘　　要：面对当前农村剩余劳动力转移给农业发展带来的挑战和机遇,转变农业经营方式是目前广大农村的现实选择。农业经营方式的概念及其目前的理论研究状况如何?文章通过从农业经营方式内涵、技术条件、权利结构以及组织形式等不同角度,对历史研究文献进行梳理,尽管可以看出我国农业经营方式未来走向,同时也发现了在内涵、系统性、多样性、理论工具创新以及结合农村劳动力转移考察农业经营方式选择等方面,研究还存在不足,这不利于目前农业经营方式灵活创新。Facing the chances and challenges to agriculture caused by the present transfer of rural surplus labor,now it is the realistic choice to transform managerial mode of agriculture（MMA）.What is MMA？ And how is the status of its theoretical study？ By summarizing literature from MMA＇s connotation,technological condition,right structure and institutional form,we are able to not only see the future development of our country＇s MMA,also find some deficiencies of present researches in the aspects of the connation,systematization,diversity,theoretical-tools＇ innovation and analyzing MMA＇s choice connecting the transfer of rural surplus labor,which goes against the flexible innovation of present MMA.
