摘　　要：个性化信息服务逐渐成为新型服务模式的主流,本文就欠发达地区信息需求特征、信息需求现状、基于用户需求特征的个性信息服务模式和构建途径等问题进行了探讨。The fast development of information techonology has made individual information service become possible.The individual information service has gradually become the main trend of new service models.The paper is to probe into the characteristics of information requirements,the present situation of information requirements,the individual information service model based on users information requirements and the building model in underdeveloped areas.
