摘　　要：本文论述了人文精神、人本管理与图书馆的关系,论证了现代图书馆的发展离不开人文精神与人本管理,并从更新服务观念,强化人本管理思想;创新服务方式,深化人本管理内容;提供个性化服务,弘扬人文关怀;创新服务特色,彰显人文价值等途径,为图书馆秉承人文精神、践行人本管理,走可持续发展之路提出了对策。This paper illustrates the relationship between humanistic spirit and library、humanistic management and library,proves modern library can′t develop well without them and provides countermeasures such as updating the service concept、strenghtening the idea of humanistic management、innovating the service pattern、deepening the content of humanistic management、carrying forward the humanistic concern、innovating the service characteristics,delivering the humanistic value and so on to realize continuable development of modern library.
