摘  要:振动是评价摩托车的一项重要性能指标,影响乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。经对某款踏板车进行振动试验研究,通过主观评价、阶次跟踪、模态试验和悬置隔振量试验等手段,找出了导致振动过大的原因,并提出了解决方案。经过改进,剧烈的振动现象消失了,鉴于发动机平衡性较差,在今后的研究中,还将进行发动机动平衡的改进。Vibration is an important indicator for assessing the motorcycle, which brings influences on the comfort and handling stability. An experimental study of vibration was made on a certain scooter. The reason of greater vibration was found by means of the subjective evaluation, step tracing, modal test and mounting isolation of vibration, and also the resolution has been obtained. The improvement makes the hard vibration disappear. But the unsatisfactory point of the study is that the engine balance is not so good which should be studied further
