摘　　要：应用UG软件强大的实体造型工具,依据气缸盖的结构特点,采用实体、特征及自由建模等不同的建模工具,在相互结合的基础上,通过合理操作顺序构建各自不同的结构模块,最终通过布尔运算完成气缸盖的构建,为数值分析提供了强有力的保障。By means of the UG software, according to the structure characteristics of cylinder heads, use different modeling tools, such as physical, characteristic and free, based on correlative combination, through rational operation process to build modulars with different structures, finally pass the Boolean calculation to finish the modeling of cylinder heads, thus providing powerful ~uarantee for the numerical analvsis.
