摘 要:分别对发生在海平面以上及水下时液化天然气(LNG)船发生的泄漏进行动力学建模,得出了LNG船泄漏量、出流速度及泄漏质量流量与船体裂口位置的相关方程.针对裂口在海面以上的情况,根据一个算例对所建立的泄漏模型进行了验证分析,结果表明基于平均泄漏速率所得到的泄漏时间是比较准确的.对发生泄漏的LNG船进行了火灾及爆炸危险性分析,基于实心火焰模型建立了发生池火灾时的热辐射方程,同时给出了火焰表面辐射率、大气透射率及火焰与辐射接收对象间的几何系数等参数的表达式.所建立的模型可为LNG船发生泄漏和火灾进行危险评估提供依据.Models were established for predicting the dynamics of spill from an orifice which is above the sea level or underwater within a LNG carrier and the correlations between the spillage,the release velocity,mass flow rate and the orifice position were proposed.Aiming at the case of the orifice above the sea level,the spill models obtained were analyzed and verified based on an analysis example,the result shows the spill duration with regard to the average spill rate is very close to the exact time.The fire and explosion hazard analysis while spilling has been completed,the pool fire radiation equation was obtained based on solid flame model,expressions of the flame surface emissivity,atmospheric transmittance and geometrical view factor between the radiation receiving object and the radiation emitting part of the fire were given.The models can provide valuable support for assessment of LNG spills and fire hazard.
