摘　　要：报告双腔右心室（ＤＣＲＶ）患者１４例，其就诊年龄为３～４４（平均１９．１±３．４）岁，合并室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）９例，继发三尖瓣关闭不全（ＴＩ）６例、心律失常１０例，术前误诊７例。１４例均在中低温体外循环下行一期根治术，１例术后早期死亡，余疗效满意。提示本病易合并ＶＳＤ，术前误诊率较高，一经确诊，应及时行手术切除异常肌束，同时矫正合并畸形及继发病变。cases of double chambered right ventricle(DCRV)were reported,Their age at operation ranged from 3 to 44 years(mean 19 1±13 4years) There were 9 cases of 14 with ventricular septal defect(VSD)and 6 patients with secondary tricuspid insufficiency(TI)and 10 cases of arrhythmia 7 cases were misdiagnosed preoperatively Primary repair was done under cardiopulmonary bypass 1 cases was early death after operation,other cases have a satisfactory result This suggest that DCRV commonly go with VSD and has a high incidence of misdiagnosis It is important to resect abnormal muscular bonds as soon as diagnosis was sure,and other abnormalities and secondary lesions are corrected at mean time
