摘 要:以硝酸镧、硝酸锶、硝酸钴为金属源,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用水热法于180℃下保温24 h合成镧锶钴复合氧化物。XRD分析表明产物为斜方六面体钙钛矿结构的La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ晶相。SEM分析表明产物为球状颗粒,尺寸约0.5~1μm。红外吸收光谱表明产物主要为La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ,此外还残留部分柠檬酸和吸附的水。紫外吸收光谱于326 nm和385 nm位置处存在两个小的吸收峰,这可能是由La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ晶体界面处的缺陷引起。LaSrCo composite oxide was synthesized by hydrothermal process at 180 ℃ for 24 h,using lan-thanum nitrate,strontium nitrate and cobalt nitrate as the metal starting materials and citrate as the complexing agent. XRD patterns show that the product is composed of the La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ phase with orthorhombic hexahedral perovskite structure. SEM images show that the product is composed of 0.5 ~ 1um pherical particles. And infrared absorption spectra demonstrate that the product is composed of the main Lao.sSro.2CoO^-e component and a little residual citrate acid and adsorbed water. There are two small absorption peaks at 326 nm and 385 nm in ultraviolet absorption spectra of the product, which may be caused by the grain-boundary defects of La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ phase.
