摘　　要：文章分析了与润滑脂润滑不良有关的常见故障形式及原因,总结了船舶润滑脂的使用维护和监测的方法,这些方法包括润滑脂应用工况信息收集、取样、目测、锥入度检测和磨损颗粒监测等。并着重分析了锥入度和污染物异常的可能原因。The fault modes and causes related to grease lubrication are analysed.The review of grease maintenance and condition monitoring is presented.The monitoring methods include collecting information,sampling procedure,visual inspection and wear debris monitoring.There are emphases on the analysis of causes of abnormal cone penetration and contaminants.
