大鼠辐射热甩尾试验在吗啡镇痛实验研究中的应用

摘　　要：对大鼠辐射热甩尾试验加以改进，自制测痛仪，研究大鼠皮下或蛛网膜下腔注射吗啡的镇痛作用。结果说明，该测痛仪装置简单，操作方便，测痛比较灵敏，甩尾试验反应恒定，重复性好。Experimental application ofrat tail - flick test,suitable in the experimental study of mor phin analgesia is introduced . The subcutanous and subarachnoid injection of morphine produced obviouslyanalgesic effect. The largerthe morphine dose was used ,the longerthe duration of analgesia was . The in stallation and use of equipmentis simple comparatively . The method is stable and sensitive . The tail- flickresponse is better recongnized than the conventional method .
