摘　　要：阐述了知识链的内涵、构成要素、特点。分析了知识链对于企业的价值及在企业发挥的作用。同时也提出了企业实现知识链价值的策略。Elaborated on the connotation of the knowledge chain,components,characteristics.Analysis on the knowledge value chain for the enterprise and the role of play in the enterpnise.At the same time,proposed the enterprise realizes the knowledge chain value strategy.
