摘 要:本研究利用光合仪(PPM-200)测定了冬前刈割处理下当年生长的紫花苜蓿叶片光合量,并分析了刈割对叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明,10月份刈割处理紫花苜蓿叶片的光合量与不刈割处理的日变化趋势相近,最高值出现在太阳升起时,傍晚时的光合量也较高,中段较低并有较大的波动。两个处理下的光合量间有显著的差异,但刈割处理紫花苜蓿叶片的光合量只在中午时段高于不刈割处理的光合量。叶片的光合速率在全天波动很大,并且没有出现典型的单峰曲线或双峰曲线。刈割处理后再生叶片的光合速率在早晨、午间和傍晚以外的时间段均高于不刈割处理。In this study, the photosythesis yield of first year alfalfa leaves were determined with plant Photosynthesis Meter (PPM-200) before the winter, and the effects of cutting before winter on the photosynthesis of alfalfa leaves were analysed. It showed that the dynamic of the photosynthesis yield of cutting and no-cutting alfalfa leaves was similar. Both of their maxmium value appeared when the sun rising, and the photosynthesis yields at nightfall were higher but in daytime were lower and uneven. Between the cutting and no-cutting treats, the photosynthesis yields were significantly different. But the photosynthesis yields of the cutting treatment was just higher than that of the no-cutting treatment in the noon. The photosynthesis rate of alfalfa leaves were uneven, and the diurnal variation curses of the photosynthesises presented one or double-peak. In the daytime, the photosynthesis rate of the cutting alfalfa were siginficantly higher than that of the no-cutting alfalfa except in the morning, noon and nightfall.
