摘　　要：本文根据长春市对伊通河两岸的长期规划建设,借鉴国内外先进的市区河流治理经验,把河道治理与生态环境的恢复紧密地联系在一起,对今后河流的综合治理特别是河流的生态恢复建设工作提供有力的理论依据。According to long-term planning and construction around Yitong River in Changchun City,referencing the experience of the urban river management of national and abroad,this paper introduces its management of combining river regulation and the ecological environment restoration in the some time.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the comprehensive management of river Ecological restoration.
