摘 要:以低聚磷酸酯盐H3204为分散剂、Y2O3为烧结助剂,制备高固含量的AlN注凝成型浆料。考察pH、分散剂添加量、固含量对AlN水基注凝成型浆料流变性能的影响。结果表明:当浆料的pH为8.5,分散剂质量分数为0.9%时,制备了固含量(体积分数)为50.8%的AlN水基注凝成型浆料。浆料具有较好的流动性,适于注凝成型。Using the H3204 as dispersant and the Y2O3 as sintering additive,AlN suspension for aqueous gelcasting was prepared.The effects of pH value,H3204 amount and solid loading on the rheological behavior of AlN suspension were investigated.Experimental results showed that satisfactory and stable dispersion AlN powder in aqueous suspension(50.8%) was obtained under the condition of using the H3204 as dispersant with 0.9% of AlN powder,and pH value was 8.5.The suspension had good fluidity and was suitable for casting into mould.
