摘 要:"一刀切"的教学内容、教学进度和教学手段很难兼顾每位学生,不利于从整体上提高教学质量和教学效果,也不利于学生体育兴趣的培养。分层分组教学模式是根据学生在身体素质、专项技术水平、选课动机以及对篮球的认识等方面存在较大的差异而设计的。在我校篮球选项班分层分组实验教学中,我们合理调整教学内容与教学进度,采用不同的教学手段,针对学生的个体差异因材施教,结果表明:分层分组教学模式可以充分调动了每位学生的积极性,极大地提高了学生的身体素质与专项技术水平,教学效果显著提高。Uniformity in teaching contents,schedule and means causes both difficulty in giving attention to all students and disadvantage in improving the overall teaching quality and effect and cultivating students' interest in PE.Teaching in groups and at levels is designed in accordance with individual difference in physical quality,special technical skills,motivation in choosing the course and knowledge of basketball.We have implemented an empirical teaching of basketball optional course in groups and at levels,which includes adjusting the teaching contents and schedule,adopting different teaching means,and teaching according to the students' aptitude.It finds that this teaching approach is easy to motivate students,improve their physical quality and technical skills and bring forth better effects.
