蜈蚣的部分药理研究

摘　　要：在小鼠正常生理条件下 ,就蜈蚣对妊娠、凝血、微循环、镇痛、抗炎、免疫等药理指标的影响进行研究。结果表明 :蜈蚣可使小鼠怀孕率降低 ,致畸率升高 ;RBC数减少 ,Hb含量、RBC压积降低 ,凝血时间延长 ,微血管开放数显著增加 ,微血管口径增大 ;镇痛抗炎作用明显 ;升高脾脏指数。为蜈蚣活血散结及属妊娠禁忌药提供一定的药理依据。Under normal phipiological condition, the effects of Scolopendra on pharmacological target such as gravidity, blood coagulation, microcirculation, analgesia, anti-inflammatory, immunity and so on have been studied. The results showed that Scolopendra can reduce mice's pregnancy rate, increase teratogenic rate. RBC number, Hb content and RBC packed cell volume were all reduced. As the micrangium open number was increased and it's bore was enlarged, blood coagulation time extended and spleen index rised. Scolopendra has good effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesia. The paper has provided the pharmacological basis for promoting blood flow, resolving masses and contraindicated in pregnancy.
