摘　　要：通过丹参多种提取工艺的比较（传统水煎法、乙醇回流法、动态温浸法、超声波法、渗漉法等），以丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹参酮ⅡＡ为指标成分，采用高效液相色谱法测定提取量，为丹参制剂的前处理提供实验依据。Several extraction methods for Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (water decoction, alcohol reflux, dynamic warm immersion, ultrasonic extraction and percolation) were compared in this study. The extraction yields of Salvianic acid A, Protocatechualdehyde and Tanshinone A were determined quantitatively by HPLC. This result would be an experimental proof for preprocessing the preparation of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
