薄层扫描法测定双黄连制剂中连翘甙的含量

摘　　要：采用薄层扫描法测定双黄连含片及其它双黄连类制剂中连翘甙的含量，并进行了方法学研究。平均加样回收率为９６．９４％，ＲＳＤ为１．４９％。为进一步提高双黄连类中成药的质量提供了一种简便、准确的方法。The determinations of forsythin in Shuanghuanglian perlingual tablet and other types of Shuanghuanglian preparations have been carried out by TLCscanning. The methodology of the determination has also been studied. The average recovery is 96.94%, RSD=1.49%. This method with simplicity and accuracy should be used to improve the quality of Shuanghuanglian preparation.
